The project proposes to redevelop and enhance the existing Town Hall facility to meet current and projected staffing needs. Goals and priorities include improvements to office space, fire suppression system, HVAC, addition of a formal Town Council Chambers and outdoor gathering space for Town events and public use. Additional improvements include expanded parking, lighting, signage, on-site stormwater, and improved technology to enhance the citizen experience at Town Hall.
This project supports the Town of Bluffton's Strategic Plan Goal of "Upgraded Town Infrastructure and Facilities".
