M.C. Riley Elementary students to create mural on Oscar Frazier Park Pavilion

What:  M.C. Riley Elementary art students will create a mural of a flock of birds on front of the Oscar Frazier Park’s pavilion 

When:  Saturday, June 5, 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.

Where:  Pavilion at Oscar Frazier Park 

Who:  Nine 4th and 5th grade students from JoEllen Jacobs’ art class 


This mural is a part of the multi-year, multi-phase “Field of Dreams” project to enhance this area of Oscar Frazier Park. This project is a public-private partnership between the Town of Bluffton and local community organizations. The Town’s main partner, the Rotary Club of Bluffton, extended an invitation to M.C. Riley Elementary School students to create a mural on the front of the pavilion. This project was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic and rescheduled for Saturday.
