Oscar Frazier

Oscar Frazier was a native Blufftonian that exemplified the community spirit for which Bluffton is known.  He had a love for Bluffton and the people of Bluffton and gave numerous years of service to the community.  Mr. Frazier served as a Councilman and Mayor Pro Tempore, was very active in Bluffton youth sports, and was Poet Laureate for the Town.  The Shults Park was renamed Oscar Frazier Park in 2005 in memory of the many contributions he made to the Bluffton Community.
